Who operates Resident Agent
Resident Agent is a private AI-assistant service operated by Zach Campbell as a sole proprietor. Questions about this policy may be sent to zach@zachcampbell.com.
Information we collect
The SMS opt-in form records the submitted phone number, whether the optional consent box was selected, the exact consent-language version, submission time, source page, browser user-agent string, and Cloudflare request identifier. When you use Resident Agent, we may also process message content and delivery metadata needed to provide the conversation and requested updates.
How we use information
We use this information to document consent, provide and secure the service, respond to messages, send requested account and task notifications, honor opt-outs, diagnose delivery problems, and meet legal or carrier-compliance obligations. We do not use the SMS program for advertising or third-party marketing.
SMS information is not sold or shared for marketing
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data- sharing categories and will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing the Resident Agent messaging service.
We may share personal data, including SMS opt-in or consent status, only with service providers that help operate the service—such as hosting and security providers, messaging platforms, AI model providers, telephone companies, and carriers—and only as necessary to provide, protect, or deliver Resident Agent messages. These providers may not use that information for their own promotional or marketing purposes.
Retention and security
Consent and opt-out records are retained while needed to operate the program, prove consent, prevent messages after an opt-out, and meet compliance obligations. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any Resident Agent message to opt out of further SMS. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact zach@zachcampbell.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain for security, opt-out enforcement, or compliance.
Policy changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. If a change requires new SMS consent, we will request it before relying on the changed terms.
