Program description
Resident Agent is a private SMS program operated by Zach Campbell. It provides direct replies, customer-care conversations, account notices, task progress, reminders, and requested proactive updates from a personal AI assistant. Messages may be automated or AI-generated. The program does not send advertising or third-party marketing.
Eligibility and access
Resident Agent is currently limited to its sole account owner. Submitting an opt-in does not guarantee access. You must control the mobile number you provide and be authorized to consent for that number.
How to opt in
You may opt in by selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox on the public Resident Agent opt-in form and submitting your phone number. You may also text START to +1 (314) 666-0064 after reviewing the disclosures on that page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your conversations, active tasks, and notification requests. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Resident Agent does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to revoke consent and stop further SMS. Reply HELP for help, or email zach@zachcampbell.com. A final message may confirm an opt-out. You may later text START to opt in again.
Delivery and availability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and service availability are not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance, carrier filtering, network conditions, or safety and security reasons.
Privacy and changes
The Resident Agent Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These terms may change as the service develops. Material changes will be posted here, and new consent will be requested if legally or operationally required.
